食谱:橄榄菜炒饭 Olive Vegetables Fried Rice

材料:
白饭(隔夜) / 1大碗
橄榄菜(罐头) / 2汤匙
银鱼仔 / 40克
肉碎 / 50克
蒜头 / 5瓣
红辣椒 / 1条
芫荽 / 少许

腌料:
粟粉 / 适量
白糖 / 少许

做法:
1. 先将橄榄菜油挤压出来备用。
2. 用粟粉及少许菜油腌制肉碎。
3. 把蒜头切成薄片,不切碎,才能吃出蒜味。
4. 热锅后,用菜油爆香蒜片,再炒香银鱼仔。
5. 接着加入肉碎和橄榄菜翻炒。
6. 最后再加白饭一起炒匀,边炒边打散饭粒。
7. 上碟前切些红辣椒丝和芫荽点缀即可。


Ingredients : 
Rice (Overnight) / 1 Big Bowl
Olive vegetables (Canned) / 2 tbsp
Silver fish / 40g
Minced meat / 50g
Garlic / 5 cloves
Red chilli / 1no.
Coriander / Adequate

Marinade : 
Corn flour / Adequate
Sugar / Adequate
    

Method  : 
1. Drain oil from olive vegetables and reserve the oil for cooking.
2. Marinate minced meat with corn flour and some olive vegetables oil.
3. Cut garlic into thin slices for stronger fragrance.
4. Heat up olive vegetables oil, pan fry sliced garlic and silver fish, add in minced meat and olive vegetables.
5. Add in rice, stir fry until everything is well combined.
6. Garnish each plate of olive vegetables fried rice with small amount of thinly sliced red chilli and coriander.
