材料: 
泰国老菜脯 / 适量(足够铺在虾只上面)
大只的红脚虾 / 10尾

步骤
1. 将红脚虾洗净、剥壳、去肠。
2. 铺上老菜脯,放进蒸锅蒸5分钟即可。

Ingredients:
Thai preserved radish / Adequate (enough to cover prawns)
Large sea prawns / 10pcs

Method:
1. Wash, deshell and devein prawns.
2. Scatter preserved radish over prawns, and steam dish for 5 minutes.
